 THE TERM HACKER WORD MEANS:

          An article in the edition  of pyschology today magazine ran the article about hackers with the headline "THE HACKER PAPERS".The two movies releases at a time TRON and WARGAMES.The techno-thriller movie is wargames(1983).this movie is written by LAWRENCE LASKER and WALTER F.PARKES and the movie is directed by the JOHN BADHAM.This movie is related to hacking the young teeneger(played by a MATTHEW BRODERICK) from seattle breakes into a U.S military super computer programmed to predict the posssible outcomes of nuclear war.based on this movie the DAVID BISCHOFF write a book called wargames

The first hacking found in the MIT'S(Massachusetts institutes of technology)in united states teenagers to modify the functions .In 1970,s the JOHN THOMSON DRAPER devised a way to make a free phone calls and after that the others to have the knowledge to group of members to crack phone calls they are named as PHREAKERS.The john draper is also known as the captain crunch and crunch man is an american computer programmer.

The john draper learned a toy whistle packaged in boxes of cap's crunch cerel emitted a tone at 2600-hertz the frequency AT&T longlines used to indicate the trunk lines was available for a routine new call.

In 1969 the Bell labs employee KEN THOMPSON invented UNIX.In 1970's DENNIS RITCHIE invented the computer programming language "C".

In 1980's the "CYBER SPACE " is coined from a novel called "neuromancer".In 1984 the "2600:THE HACKER QUARTERLY " an old school magazine it publishes about hacking and hackers.the magazine given its name by DAVID RUDERMAN.It published and edited by the co-founder EMMANUEL GOLDSTEIN still continues to play a role in the hacker community.

INTERNET HACKING:

                  The first internet hacker was ROBERT MORRIS back in 1989.He do the first Denial Of Service attack(DOS) in history and it caused by a worm MORRIS developed at cornell university.

ACT FOR HACKING:

                The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act(CFAA)is a united states cybersecurity bills that was enacted in 1986 and the computer fraud law (18 U.S.C §1030).It had been included in the comprehensive control act of 1984.
