Website hacking:
Find any vulnerabilities in websites. Vulnerability means bugs in websites like xss payloads, sql attack, xss dom.
Network hacking:
If we connected in wifi or any public network the hackers can get our information through it.
Email hacking:
For the email hacking the hackers used phishing attack to steal your informations. Phising attack means they created fake login page to enter passwords to gain your informations. They mail like any top companies or other websites like to login in account. So we aware of that.

The hackers work with the organization to find bugs legal to safe their information.
